Terms and Conditions – 030Lamp

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the 03lLamp online store.

Article 1 – Company Information

030Lamp is a trade name of Noortje Noy, based in the Netherlands.

Article 2 – Definitions

1. 030lamp: the seller, operating under the name 030lamp.
2. Customer: any natural person or legal entity who places an order through the online store.
3. Product: the Dom Tower lamp and other products offered by 030lamp.

Article 3 – Applicability

1. These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by 030lamp and to every agreement entered into through the online store.
2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 4 – Offer and Agreement

1. All 030lamp products are made to order.
2. The agreement is concluded once payment has been received in full.

Article 5 – Prices and Payment

1. All prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
2. Shipping costs are listed separately and are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Payment is made through the online store.

Article 6 – Delivery

1. Delivery is available only within the Netherlands.
2. Production of the product begins upon receipt of payment.
3. The order is usually shipped within 7 business days (often sooner).
4. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns

1. 030lamp products are made to order.
2. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply and returns are not accepted.
3. If a product is delivered damaged or defective, the customer must report this within 48 hours of receipt via info@030lamp.nl.
4. In that case, 030lamp will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Article 8 – Liability

1. 030lamp is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or improper use of the product.
2. 030lamp’s liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

Article 9 – Complaints

1. Complaints can be submitted via info@030lamp.nl.
2. 030lamp will respond within a reasonable time and work with the customer to find an appropriate solution.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

1. All designs, images, and text on the website are the property of 030lamp.
2. You may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use them without prior written permission.

Article 11 – Governing Law

1. All agreements between 030lamp and the customer are governed by Dutch law.
2. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
