    As soon as we receive payment, we will begin production.

    We usually ship your Dom Tower lamp within 5 business days (usually sooner).

    Do you need the Dom Tower lamp sooner? For a last-minute gift, for example? Please contact us, and we’ll take that into account.

  • We deliver exclusively within the Netherlands.

  • Our products are made to order. Therefore, unfortunately, returns are not accepted.

    Did your product arrive damaged or defective? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will, of course, find a suitable solution.

  • The Domlamp comes packaged in a cardboard box, padded with paper to keep it from shifting.
