After placing your order, we will send you a payment link via email. As soon as we receive your payment, we will begin production.

We usually ship your Dom Tower lamp within 7 business days (often sooner).

Do you need the Domlamp sooner? For a last-minute gift, for example? Please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We deliver exclusively within the Netherlands.

Our products are made to order. Therefore, unfortunately, returns are not accepted.

Did your product arrive damaged or defective? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will, of course, find a suitable solution.
