Our Dom Tower lamps are made to order to minimize waste. We begin production as soon as payment is received.

We aim to ship your order within 7 business days. In the unlikely event that we are unable to do so, we will always let you know in advance.

Do you need the Domlamp sooner? For a last-minute gift, for example? If so, please contact us so we can accommodate your request.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Returns

Our products are made to order. Therefore, returns are not accepted.

Is your product damaged or defective upon receipt? Please contact us within 48 hours at info@030lamp.nl.

We always provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or a refund.
